• Arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
• Comply with our cancellation and no-show policies (see Cancellation Policy)
• Treat all Berkana Body Works staff with respect and professionalism

Berkana Body Works reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any lawful reason, including but not limited to inappropriate conduct, failure to disclose relevant medical information, or violation of these terms.

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age to receive services at Berkana Body Works. Clients under 18 must have written parental or guardian consent. Our website is not intended for use by children under 13.

Payments & Gift Cards

All services are payable at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, cash, and Berkana gift cards. Gift cards are subject to the following conditions:

• Redeemable on regular-priced services only; not redeemable for cash
• Valid at both Berkana Body Works locations
• Must be used by the expiration date printed on the card
• Limit one gift card or coupon per service
• Some service restrictions may apply
