Cancellation & Policies
Please review our policies before your visit. We want every client to have a smooth, comfortable experience — and clear expectations help us deliver that.

Cancellations & No-Shows
- We ask that you please reschedule at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price of your scheduled appointment.
- A valid credit card on file is required to book an appointment.
- Late cancellations for Couples Massage and all No-Shows are charged the full service price — no exceptions.
- Appointment cancellations can be done via phone call, text message, or by logging into our Berkana app. If you try to cancel by replying to an automated email, your cancellation request will not be received and a late cancellation fee will be charged.
Late Arrival Policy
- If you arrive late for your appointment, your service specialist will provide service for the remaining session time without a service price reduction.
- Due to tightly booked schedules, we are unable to extend appointments beyond the originally specified time.
- We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early for your appointment. This gives you time to settle in without feeling rushed. Your service specialist will introduce themself and confirm appointment goals.
Age Policy
- We kindly ask that you be 13 years of age or older to enjoy our spa services and facility.
- Clients under 18 years of age must have written parental or guardian consent prior to receiving services.
HSA & FSA Cards Accepted
- We are pleased to accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards for massage therapy services.
- Please note that spa services may not qualify for HSA/FSA reimbursement. Consult your plan administrator for details.
Gift Card Policy
- Gift cards are redeemable on regular-priced services and may not be redeemed for cash.
- Gift cards are redeemable at both Berkana Body Works locations (Lehi and Orem).
- Gift cards or coupons must be used by their expiration date.
- Some service restrictions may apply.
- Limit one gift card or coupon per service.
