CANCELLATIONS:
I understand that life happens - so if you are unable to attend your scheduled massage appointment and need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, please provide the courtesy of at least 24 hours notice - so that your appointment time can be rescheduled to someone else. Thank You in advance for your cooperation!
Massage appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled:
- online 24/7 with the Online Appointment Book (you will need to login with your username and password).
- by clicking here to submit your message to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- by calling me during regular business hours.
LATE ARRIVALS:
It is important to arrive for your session on time. Massage therapy appointments are set up to allow a full 60 minutes (or 90 minutes) of "table time." However, if you are more than 5 minutes late for your massage, the length of your session may be affected.
NO SHOWS:
If you don't show up for your scheduled massage, I reserve the right to not schedule future appointments with you. There are several options for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment, so please be courteous and respect both my time and yours. THANKS!
