Attendance Policies
I understand that life happens - and not always as planned! In an effort to keep pricing affordable as well as to be fair to both myself and to all clients, I have the following attendance policies in place. I appreciate your consideration and willingness to follow to these guidelines. THANK YOU in advance for your cooperation!

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your massage appointment for any reason, please provide the courtesy of at least a 12 hour notice - so that your appointment time can be made available to someone else. If you cancel your appointment without adequate notice and it's unable to be filled, you will be charged a $20 CANCELLATION FEE.

Massage appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled:

  • online 24/7 with my Schedulicity Appointment Book (you will need your email address and password. The user sign-in is at the top right of the page.)
  • by clicking here to submit your message to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • by calling me during regular business hours.  
     
"NO-SHOW" POLICY:

If you don't show up at all for your scheduled appointment, you will be required to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the missed session. Payment for the session needs to be received before I will schedule future appointments with you. There are several easy options for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment as listed above. Please be courteous.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:

It is important to arrive for your session on time. Massage therapy appointments are set up to allow a full 60 minutes (or 90 minutes) of "table time."  However, if you are more than 10 minutes late for your massage, the length of your session may be affected and full payment will be expected.
